Welcome
Counselling at Driftwood Therapy is about getting to know what works for you. Life can be a joy, a grind, an adventure, and a source of confusion. We are unique and complex beings, and sometimes it is useful to have help working out how life has shaped us, how to manage the present, or how to take our next steps.
I am curious, non-judgmental and open. Our sessions will be structured around your needs and goals. I’m here to support you to share, understand, and process life’s challenges. Also, sessions don’t need to be all seriousness and hard work. Laughter and celebration can be as much a part of counselling as the tough stuff is.

Any issues you bring to our sessions are welcome. Some of my particular interests or relevant life experience include relationships and attachment, migration and racism, workplace challenges, environmental grief, and long covid.
All genders, cultures, neurotypes, sexualities, ages and abilities are welcome and I will do everything in my power to keep you safe and meet you where you are at. Whether you lead with your head or your heart; speak with few or many, sweary or polite words; whatever walk of life you come from, we can work together on whatever issues or challenges you bring to our sessions.
For more information about counselling with me, see the Counselling agreement.
